Losing weight can be a challenging task, but with the right mindset and a solid plan, it is definitely achievable. In this article, I will be discussing my personal experience of how I successfully lost 24 pounds in such a short time without even excercizing.

Besides sharing my own experience, I will also share links to resources that will help you do it even better than me.

Here’s how I did it:

After years of struggling with traditional gym routines to lose weight, I finally made the commitment to take my health seriously. I was tired of feeling confined in my clothes and constantly having to buy larger sizes. I was also tired of feeling self-conscious and judged for not taking care of my body – something that is completely under my control.

So, my first step was making that commitment to lose weight – no matter what it takes or costs.

This time I tried a new approach: ask a specialist. I sought out the help of a nutrition specialist who conducted tests on me and created a personalized program that takes into account my busy work schedule and daily routine.

The program included a diet similar to a ketogenetic one and a 30-minute daily walk routine, but honestly? I didn’t really commit to daily walk routine.

It was the diet that truly made the difference, and here it is:

For Breakfast, I’d start with one spoon of extra virgin olive oil, followed by a glass of water.

Then a glass of low-fat milk, with half a cheese sandwich made with brown bread. Alternatively, I had low-sugar muesli with low-fat milk.

Two hours after breakfast, I had one piece of fruit: a banana or an apple. This was important to maintain my energy during the day.

For lunch, around midday, I would have a serving of meat, chicken, or tuna, along with salad or vegetables. I was allwed to have a couple tablespoons of rice, but I avoided that completely, along with bread and sugar.

For dinner, around 6 pm, I would have a light meal of home-cooked food, followed by a small plate of mixed fruit 2 hours before bed.

If I found myself still hungry, I would have a few spoonfuls of yogurt, or get myself busy with a piece of sugar-free gum.

I was highly committed to the program during the first month and the results were amazing, losing approximately 4 pounds (2 kg) per week. However, in the second month, I started to feel ‘hangry’ often, and had to break it a few times. Despite this, I still managed to lose about 24 pounds (11 kg) throughout the two months!

Two months after I stopped the diet, and I’m still maintaining my weight while continuing to eat everything in moderation – I kept the habits of having a spoon of olive oil and a light dinner. Everyone around me has noticed how I lost weight and how my body looks much better now.

That, of course, came at the expense of having the buy new clothes as my old pants look baggy and oversized now – but hey, it’s totally worth it, isn’t it?

Finally, it’s important to note that this is just a personal success story and not professional advice. Consult with a healthcare professional before making any major changes to your diet or exercise regimen.

This was my personal experience.

But you can do it in an even better, more efficient way!

Now, what I followed was designed by a nutritionist that I had to visit and do all these tests with, but you don’t have to do it the same way.
